Cancel order
All orders may be canceled for a 100% refund within 3days of the order date. After 3days, custom and direct ship and instock orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
Returns / Exchange Policy
Stock furniture may be returned within 3 days of receipt. After an order has been shipped, a 35% restocking fee will apply in addition to the cost of return shipping and Items must be unworn, and undamaged. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our store, and the customer will incur the shipping cost. Once we receive the item,
you will be refunded within 5 - 7 business days through the method of payment the item was originally purchased
